WHy is it such a mystery to get the dark mode?

I’ve been searching for nearly 30 minutes trying to find out how I can get the same interface look I see posted in the changeloge images. I found one explanation but the user UI option is no longer to be found where it was. I’ve been all over the options. this seems silly to have such a nuisance

Is the option no longer available?

Thanks you wiring in!

You can activate the dark mode from Pro > Theme Options click on settings icons. Under Preference > UI Themes, you can select dark mode.

I found it later. For some reason the scroll function doesn’t work on all the windows so when it didn’t I had no clue. The scroll bar is very thin and unnoticeable!
