Why does my main menu move to the left side on some pages?

I was poking around in the theme options and must have changed something that I can’t figure out how to change back. I want my main menu on the top of pages as it is here:

Now on some page it appears on the left like this:

How do I make that menu go back to the top?

I didn’t add any CSS, so it must be one of the setting in the long theme options menu.
