Why are my thumbnail images not showing up

Hi my thumbnail images are not showing up on all my blogs.
How do i fix this… they are already in place under “featured image” they are not showing up as thumbnails

It seems that the blog page post’s featured image is showing. It might be the browser cache issue at your end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. Please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note.
