I try the recomendations exposed here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/x-theme-options-wont-load/39473 and nothing works. Page does not load properly and can not reach Edit with Pro. Please help!

I checked and I’m unable to access the builder nor the theme options since the account has limited capability. Please grant full admin access to that admin and we’ll continue checking.
And please back up your site as I will do some plugin testing by disabling them.

That is the exact problem! soporte user already has full admin access.
I decided to delete pro theme and child pro theme from FTP folder and reinstall it. Lost my child theme information but it works. Thanks anyway!

Perhaps the theme was not installed correctly or some files are corrupted during the installation. Glad to hear it’s sorted now.
