White screen of death with new x theme install and can't install child theme

My site using X (the latest version) - www.truecarechiro.com

Is stuck in a white screen of death after also the site uses a x child theme for some custimzation and I can’t get the child theme to install or anything, this is the error message I keep getting:

The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, x , before you can use this child theme.

Honestly I think I need some help from you guys getting in there and fixing this, private message with login info attached.

Alright got the white screen fixed but still can’t get the child theme installed, give it a look see if you can get it.

So either move the new X to the “x” directory. Or in your child theme you are going to edit the “style.css” file. Changing this part.

To whatever your new directory is.

Template: x-new-directory

I recommend just moving the x theme back to the “x” directory. Let us know how it goes.
