White Screen of Death after Pro Installation

Hi There,

I have encountered an issue where every time I install the Pro theme to upgrade this site from X it displays the error shown in the screenshot. This then disables sFTP access and wp-admin access meaning I have to go to the hosting supplier and get them to put the site into debug mode and then de activate the theme.

Before I install again and have the same issue again can you please help me out with any solutions? To be clear the site works perfectly fine. We upload the latest pro.zip file then it does not work at all.

Thanks for writing in.

Have you updated it, there is no cornerstone_setup_style_class_prefix() on line 146 of \pro\framework\functions\pro\bars\setup.php. Your theme probably has the old files and they triggered this. I moved your current Pro theme outside /themes/ folder (as a backup), then I installed another copy of Pro theme.

Should be accessible now.
