White page when trying to activate license

Hello there - pro theme does not appear to want to activate after moving the site to a new host. I’ve input the appropriate url. When I put the serial # in and hit enter it white screens every single time. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend you disable all your plugins first before validating and after you disable all your plugins then validate it again. If it doesn’t help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
