White pace after footer in Pro

Hi there,
We’ve noticed that our page scrolls far past our footer.
We’ve reviewed the footer settings and since we are using the Footer Builder in Pro we made sure to disable the standard footer in theme settings.
We’ve updated our theme version, deleted the footer and still the problem persists.
Please can you assist.

It will be very difficult to recognize the exact reason without investigating your website URL and the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
