White line in header showing in Chrome only (it shouldn't be there)

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me please?

I am building a site that uses an svg I created in the header of a dev site. All appears okay in Firefox and Edge but in Google Chrome there is a white line that runs horizontally across the header just below the headline and navigation.

The site is: https://pro-dev.kc-designs.co.uk/lg/

I will add login credentials below

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!
I tested in chrome browser and there no such line in the header.

Can you try doing zoom in zoom out the page using ctrl+ and ctrl- to check if this is something related to screen resolution?

Thanks

Hi Basanta,

Thanks for looking and your suggestion.

Unfortunately this didn’t clear it for me, it looks the same as the screenshot I posted but zoomed in or out. I’m on Windows 10 and Chrome is up to date if this makes any difference

Hi There @KenCope

After carefully testing your issue, it seems that the line is in your SVG background image file (see secure note).

Thanks!

Hi mldarshana,

Thanks for looking and finding this, much appreciated - it was not showing in Firefox and has been driving me mad trying to figure this out. When I went back to the software I am using for this and looked at the individual layers I could see it!

Thanks again for your help.

Kind regards,

Ken

You’re most welcome, Ken.
