White header at top of all pages

Hello, I have this white portion that only shows up on ipads & iphones (doesn’t seem to be a problem on computers and android phones) It is on all the pages, and is static (if you scroll up and down the page, it stays at the top, covering the top portion of the website. I think I saw where to fix this at some point, but now I can’t remember. It looks like an image box in the left corner. Thanks for any advice.

Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to check what is the cause of your problem. Hope you will not mind sharing your website credentials.
Please provide the details of your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hello Kristin,

I checked your site it seems that it is working fine at my end. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. It would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser. I also noticed that you are using the cache plugin, I would suggest you purge all the cache and then check it again.
