While editing page, I cannot see what I am editing. I open the preview page to see if my corrections are as I needed to but I am flying blind as I am editing

Hey Lisa,

The issue you’re having is likely a result of a 3rd party plugin or custom code. Please first do the following troubleshooting steps to check if this is really an issue with the builder.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Css/Js Customization

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password

Thank you it’s now somehow working again. I didn’t get to check what the root of the problem was but i’m sure it was plugin.
