Which hosting works better with PRO? wordpress.com or wpengine?

Hi !
I’m creating new website to my client. My client wants to use wordpress.com or wpengine as hosting service.
So now I’m wordering which works better with PRO theme?

Ps. The deadline is really really soon!!! Until 11th February, 2019 . So I need the answer ASAP! Please! And thank you for your help!

Both WordPress.com and WPEngine are great choice for hosting your website. Both are managed hosting services, so technically you don’t need to worry about updating and securing WordPress core for your website. It’s taken care by WordPress.com and WPEngine respectively. However, you will need to update Theme and Plugins by yourself.

Please note that in WordPress.com you won’t get access to FTP. So in case you need to manually transfer files, you can’t connect to FTP. However, there are few alternatives. On the other hand, WPEngine provides you FTP access that you can use to transfer files.
