Which classic element is that?

On some of the pages, I need to delete classic elements and re-sue them on another page. The classic elements don’t seem to have a name to be referenced to the list available. How can I re-use an element after I delete.

Also, in addition to the small graphic next to the elements, is there any guide or reference on what all the elements do with maybe and example? Thanks

Hello @PlanetPluto,

Thanks for writing in!

You can check out the different classic elements and their respective demos here:

You should be able to access them in the Elements tab. If you are seeing the classic elements, please go to Pro > Settings > Permissions > Classic Elements and make sure that they are enabled.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. I’m using the Ethos stack, are these elements the same or is there a different v2 and classic set?

Hi @PlanetPluto,

The stacks of the theme do not have any effect over the elements. It doesn’t matter if you use Ethos or not, you will have access to all elements.

The key point is to go to WordPress Dashboard > X/Pro > Settings > Permissions. That is the place that determines if you want a user or admin have access to classic elements or not.

The new (V2) elements are the preferred ones to use, the classic ones are old. You can still use them but we recommend that you try to use the new elements.

Thank you.

Gotcha thanks heaps. Yes I have the permissions turned on. Once again the support here is quite amazing. Cheers jeff

Glad we could help you, Jeff, you can visit this page to see the elements in action.

Cheers!
