Where to find license code

Hi,

We have 7 X licenses. Most of which are registrered in our Apex account. But we have 2 that are registrered to other accounts. Where in the Wordpress install do I find the used registration key?

May I know the information of the two license like account name or email where it’s registered in Apex? The only way to find out is to check the license section of that account.

The one that I am looking for is registrered to the url protechede.nl. I guess it is registrered to something like Protech Ede. Can you do a lookup based on url?

Hi Sander,

I checked and I can’t find anything using those those name or domain. Perhaps you know the email where it’s registered? It can’t be found within the Wordpress installation for security purposes, the validation only links your site to the update server by verifying the license assignment.
