Where to add Flodesk popup html or js code in PRO?

Hi there,
I have a snippet of code from Flodesk subscriber pop up that I’d like to embed to get a popup in my Woocommerce Shop www.amytwon.com/shop.

I have two options of code, a JS one and a raw HTML.

I inserted the raw HTML into a raw content box using the PRO Headers. It was doing funny things so I had to delete it but the raw content box is still there.

The second option is a JS code snippet that I’m supposed to insert before the </head> of the page. I don’t even know where that is for the shop page.

I’m trying to show the code snippets here but the pre-formatted text thing is not working well.

Please advise, thanks!

Hi @rotipom,

Thank you for writing in, you can use a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers to insert the JS code in the <head> part of your site. Then you can Paste the HTML part on a RAW Content element or Content Area element, it might not show a preview on the builder since its a 3rd party plugin/script but it should work on the front-end.

Please keep in mind we really cannot provide support for third-party plugins or scripts due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X or Pro will need to be directed to the original developer.
