Where is the woocommerce shop page defined?

Everything I read says the shop page is defined at plugins/woocommerce/templates/archive-product.php.

However when I edit the file to test it out the changes don’t show up.

Thanks for writing in! If you want to edit that file, you will have to set up a child theme and copy the file into the child theme. To know more how you can edit WooCommerce template files, please check out this codex: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
