Where is the Top Bar setting?

Hi, I recently updated and now I don’t know how to navigate to get to the Top Bar setting. It used to look like this:

Thanks for reaching out!

To access the Top Bar settings, please go to Theme Options > Headers then locate the Miscellaneous tab and you will see the Top Bar Option.
