Where is the tech support I paid for?

I paid an fee when I bought my X Theme license for a year of support. But I cannot find the page to submit a ticket. I’m assuming this Forum isn’t it, right? Thank you.

Is this support initiated by simply making a post here (like this thread) after clicking on the new topic button? What about if I need to post sensitive info? Isn’t this a public forum?

Yes, you can simply create a ticket by clicking on the new topic button. In case you need to share sensitive information like login credentials you can send us a secure note.

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
