Where is the "Blank — No Container" option for page templates?

I want to create a hero image that has no top margin/padding so that it is fully aligned with the header.

In the old version of Pro, in the content section I would click the gear icon and under Page Template select “Blank — No Container, Header, Footer”. That no longer appears to be an option. Can you

Thank you for writing in, click the Gear icon in the left panel and then in General > Page Template
