Where is my Header Builder?

Hi there, I do believe I have a Pro account – but I dont see Header Builder in my options. Where is it?

Thanks for reaching out!

I check your account and yes, you bought a Pro theme but I suspect the reason why the header builder is not showing on your website is that you are using the X theme on the install. That being said, please make sure that you are using the Pro theme.

Oh interesting. How do I activate pro theme? it only shows Theme X as an option.

Hey @mksubherw,

In your themeco dashboard, please download the Pro theme.

Once you are done downloading the theme, you can now upload it to your website and activate it. Also, please make sure to deactivate and delete the Cornerstone plugin because Pro has a built-in Cornerstone.
