I cannot figure out how to add testimonials to it.

Thanks for writing in! You may check the module slides that may be where you can edit or change the testimonials. Please be aware that the Zen template can only be downloaded if you have a separate plugin license key which we think you do have. Please contact the support of Revolution Slider for further assistance. They should be able to help you and address the issue.
