Where can I download Pro

Hi there

since today, my website https://silk-touch.showmyproject.ch/ doesn’t work anymore. I am also not able to reach the backend https://silk-touch.showmyproject.ch/wp.admin

I suspect, this has to do with the WordPress update to WP 6.2.

If I understand you right, I have to delete the “pro” folder via FTP on the server:

remove_pro_folder

Then I should download the latest Pro version from your website and copy this folder via FTP where the old folder was. Ist that correct?

But where can I download a nes copy of Pro? My dashboard on your website doesn’t have a possibility do download Pro.

Go to this link. On your sidebar on the left, if you click into a site you’ll see the downloads for the product on that page.

Hi Charlie

Great - I found it! I had never to do this before as I update in WordPress dashboard :grin:

In the meantime I was able to just add return; to line 194 of framework/legacy/functions/plugins/cornerstone.php. on the server.

The website is working again!
