I can’t seem to find this Blog header to edit. Can you please show me the location?

Please kindly go to X > Theme Options > Integrity > Blog Options. There you see the options to change the Blog Title and Blog Subtitle:

Is it possible to add an image in the Blog header?

Hello Justin,

Adding an image to the blog header will require custom development. You will need to install a child theme first in doing the custom development and then modify part of the template that displays the header. Please be advised that custom development is beyond the scope of our support. You might need to contact someone or a 3rd party developer if you are not familiar with codes and how to modify the parent theme.
