Where are the settings? And buttons?

Hi there,

when I start Cornerstone on a page it shows me no “settings” on the menue…and all the symbols are gone as well:

Where can I find it? And how can I activate the symbols?

I thought it would look like this:

(not allowed to post it…?! why?)

The new version of the Cornerstone has a different UX. The top section shows the layout element and the inspector. The settings went to the left section:
