Before the last update, I could choose between a few fonts(that I had set up before) when I was editing an element on cornerstone. Now this option is not visible anymore, I cannot change the font nor make it bold, italic and so on.

Thanks for writing in! The settings you were looking for is part of the advance mode which was disabled by default in the latest version. To get this enabled back, simply go to X > Settings > Permissions > User Preferrences > Advanced Mode and make sure that you select “Always On”. When you get back in Cornerstone, you should be able to see those settings again.
