I have Pro and when I launch the Design Cloud, I see 119 assets with individual demo blocks. When I click on the template tab, there is nothing in it. How can I download the Church template?
in the asset tab, 
when I click on the text “Church” with an arrow pointing 45 deg upward to the right, it opens the demo site, When I click on the text “Site” I get the warning below.

Thanks for writing to us.
Yes, you need to click on the " Yes Proceed " button to import the demo. Please note that you are getting this warning just because Church is a complete site demo, it is not only a template so when you import this demo it would override all the theme setting.
