When will essential grid 3.0 be available? older version not compatible with latest wp release

I have a registered pro version. essential grid will not upgrade and prompts me to register to upgrade. There is a message from essential grid it needs to upgrade to 3.0 in order to work with WP 5.5
when will you release essential grid 3.0?

I believe this is a major update, as version 2.36 is no longer working. I can see there is unfortunately no update, could you tell me when there will be an update? really like pro hope you continue to develop it.

We don’t have an ETA as to when the latest version of Essential Grid will be released.
We are currently testing the latest version of Essential Grid for compatibility with our theme and it will be released after it has passed our test. Please note that the bundled plugin updates are separate from theme updates.
We strongly recommend that you stick with the versions listed in our Version Compatibility page for now to avoid issues.

I really enjoy using your theme, and i respect the good work you do.
nevertheless. I can tell you I am testing the current version and the conclusion is it absolutely does not work.
My website is down until you update.
Is it hard to predict an update? Do you understand my predicament? Especially as your colleague’s reply is identical to yours.

Hi @pipodeklownm,

It seems the issue is related to the version incompatibility between the WordPress and Plugin versions.
As I have already explained that we are currently testing our themes and plugins with the updated version of WordPress, theme and bundled plugins will be released after it has passed our test.
What we can recommend while the developers are fixing this is to restore the site to when it’s still working (older WordPress).
