When trying to validate a license it shows a blank screen in admin.php and won't do anything else

I need help in validating. When I moved the site from a different hosting service, the site lost the X theme license. So, I tried to validate but it is just showing a blank screen in admin.php, i.e. https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php.

Please help. I need to upgrade the X theme asap.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

The reason why you the license code is not validating because you are using another theme.

Please keep in mind that the license code for X theme and stand alone cornerstone plugin are different because they are two different types of product. You have two options on this scenario, first option: is to use the X theme and then validate the site using your license code and the second option is to purchase a stand alone cornerstone plugin here, https://codecanyon.net/item/cornerstone-the-wordpress-page-builder/15518868.
