That usually is a result if there’s a Permalinks issue in your site. That could be come from 3rd party plugin or something else. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps related to your case.
ONLY if none of the troubleshooting steps help, please give us the following info in a Secure Note so we could investigate on your site.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- FTP access

Thank you for the credentials but the SFTP did not work. There could be multiple factors that cause this issue on your site, it could be a Plugin conflict or a conflict with customization on your on the child theme, or a caching configuration, or a server configuration. Unfortunately, we can not do a test on a live site, please clone your site on a staging server (with no caching), and do testing for a plugin conflict and switch to parent X theme.
