When I edit contact page I see 2 x mail opt in form

Hi X Team,

When I edit my contact page I see 2 x my mail opt in form. On my live site only 1 x (this is correct).

How is it possible I see it 2 x when editing?

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s due to the script of the form itself, it’s not using proper enqueue. The script is added directly after the form causing conflict with the builder preview, and since it’s a script that executed upon load, it creates duplicate at the end since it 's not properly integrated.

To fix it, the integration must be added to the form shortcode including the proper script enqueue, it’s something we can’t fix on the builder side.

You will need to contact the creators of the plugin. Alternatively, kindly use approved contact forms like Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, ConvertPlus and others. To check out the full list of supported plugins in the theme, kindly check this out:

I removed the mail opt in form code from my contact page live site. Still I see the opt in form in my builder preview.
Can you explain please. Thank you

Hello @smart_x,

Are you referring to the form in the secure note? I am still seeing it in the live view of the page. You may not have saved your changes when you remove the form code. Please save your changes and reload the page in the builder.
