When export presets to another website all colors reverting to transparent

Hi there,

I created a preset on a website and applied colors on the preset from color manager.
When I export this preset on another website, the colors doesn’t show up.

How can I export presets from one website with a color manager so the color doesn’t get transparent?
Or is there any way so I can export color manager?

Hi Sumegha,

Thank you for writing in, regretfully this feature isn’t available yet, this has been added to our enhancements list. This might take a while before this will become available.

In the meantime, you need to update those transparent colors with the right color manually.

Hey @sumeghagupta,

There is regretfully no solution to export the colors available in the Color Manager. Please export presets with manually set colors for now as manually set colors will be included in the export.
