When editing Header in Cornerstone, off-canvas with form (wpform) bleeds through

Hi Jon,

Thanks for reaching out.

posted, appreciate the help

Hi Jon,

I have checked the Off Canvas element and the form and it is showing in the proper manner.

If you are still having the issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Thanks

I’ve tried that, and still showing up. Some pages have 2 “off-canvas” ghost elements. I have to hide them inside chrome dev tools to be able to see clearly. I usually find the last element “x-off-canvas-content-right” and do display: none; override. When I see 2, I think its the 3rd element + 7th (last)

Can you please try logging in again?

This time, select “Header” and the view as page “Sample Page” (never edited via Cornerstone, just as is, and doesn’t have ghost elements) and then “Drive page” or “Under Construction” page, which have Cornerstone edits, and have the ghosting.

Interestingly, “Journey” page doesn’t have any “off-canvas” elements in the page, and IS edited with Cornerstone, and it doesn’t have a random “off-canvas” overlay.

So I assume, any page that has “off-canvas” element, and is assigned header, also containing “off-canvas” element, will bleed through and cause ghosting.

I’ve tried on 2 different browsers, cleared cache on both, on my windows PC. Then tried on my MBP and same issue.

Hi Jon,

It is not clear why the issue is not been replicated at our end. I would request you create a screen-capturing video so we can try the steps to replicate the problem.

Thanks
