What Should I Do About All These Spam Registrations?

For some reason lately my site is getting hundreds of spam registrations from users with names like:

  • Anayamathsirm
  • fyyeifsirm
  • uktrfsirm

…etc.

Akismet has blocked all their spam comments so far. (Great job, Akismet!) I guess the only thing to do is to go through all my users and delete all the ones with nonsense-word names.

If anyone has any thoughts/advice/comments, please let me know!

I Use recaptcha (V3) in my Registration Form, best against Bots.

I second the recaptcha. It seems to stop them in their tracks.
