I’ve followed the dimensions and uploaded something 1920 x 100 for my “As Seen On” banner. For some reason my logos appear with a bunch of white space on the sides on my site.
Any advice? Thanks!

Your image has been resized. Since you have installed Jetpack plugin, please make sure that the Site Accelerator (or Photon module) for the images is disabled. This module will resize and cached all your images. Sometimes it has some problems loading the images.
And lastly, in your row settings, disable the “Inner Container” too so that the image will be displayed in fullwidth.
