What is the process of requesting a refund?

I bought X theme from Envato Themeforest to build a client’s website but the contract broke down. So, I have no use for this theme. Is there any way I can get a refund?

If I don’t get a refund, will it be okay if I resell the license to someone else? Just looking to minimize my losses…

With regards to refunds:

All sales are handled through ThemeForest, and their parent company Envato handles all refund requests. You can read more about their process here
