The URL has been already mentioned in the reference thread. The Cornerstone endpoint will be /cornerstone-endpoint. Please find it again in the secure note.

Hi Alberto,

There might be another culprit for why this issue is happening on your site. Please do the following

  • Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)

  • Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.

  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

I am another staff checking in your thread. I have logged in to your site and installed the Agency demo content from the Design Cloud. The installation failed because your hosting provided has ModSecurity enabled and they have blocked the cornerstone-endpoint. To get this resolved, please asked your hosting provider to whitelist the URL in the secure note.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Sorry, I tried to import the Agency demo, but like Ruenel, I also got the 403 Forbidden Error on cornerstone-endpoint, so it is still being blocked. Please show this to your host (https://prnt.sc/1rot67g)

While you’re at it, please also ask your host how to increase the post_max_size, because right now WordPress is giving notice that the post_max_size is less than upload_max_filesize (https://prnt.sc/1ror3ud)

Thanks for updating in! We have logged in again and imported the Agency demo site. We are still having an issue. The console returns an error:

POST https://nelaraeditores.com/cornerstone-endpoint 403 (Forbidden)
 Rejecting AJAX promise {invalid_user: true, message: 'nonce verification failed.'}
 Rejecting Controller promise {invalid_user: true, message: 'nonce verification failed.'}
 X Demo Importer failure {}

This is always related to security restrictions carried out by your hosting provider, please report this issue to your web host which could be its “WordKeeper” or something else. Please have the URL of the cornerstone endpoint whitelisted while we are still trying to import the demo because it seems that it is still blocked.

Since the thread is getting longer and still the DesignCloud’s cornerstone endpoint is blocked, we manage to import the Agency demo to your site. We used the All In One Migration tool so that you can get started with your site development already. See the secure note for the Admin access.
