What is the difference in Menus

When creating menus, I noticed the following difference.

What is the difference and how does it possibly affect.

And then I have a suggestion, because in many cases you have to switch the Content Manager from Horizontal to Vertical, that slows down a continuous workflow.

Certain elements or views are only possible or visible after a change of position.

I found the difference - thanks in advance! I changed the Status to published.
