One of the extensions available in Pro Theme is the “Email Forms” form plugin. Is this the most recommended plugin for building a contact form in Pro? Would I have problems if I use “WP Forms Lite”?
P.S.: I’m not finding the documentation of the Email Forms plugin.

You can use any forms plugin that suits your need. Gravity Forms and Contact Form 7 are the ones that are really popular with our customers and regularly used.
