There used to be a icon in Cornersone that allowed me to see the page in block format so that I could get to those sections that were hard to get to with the normal interface. What happened to it and is there a new way to view the page in this same way?

The skeleton mode is not part of the Layout pane. Please kindly check the layout tab and expand the sections and rows and columns, there you will see all the elements in a tree mode.
It is not exactly like the skeleton mode but you can drag and drop the elements or rows between sections just like that in the new tree mode.
