Hi, I searched in the knowledgebase, and can’t find a simple explanation for what ‘retina dimension’ means. Also tried The Google. Can anyone tell me what this option for images means, and how it affects things?
It just means for high resolution screens. Retina is what Apple call them. Basically it just means that you need your image to be double the actual size it would be displayed at.
So if you logo was 200px wide by 50px high and set to retina, you should use an image that is 400 wide by 100 high.

Thank you for this response! I appreciate it.
I’m not sure where you’re seeing retina dimension. But maybe you’re referring to the retina button next to logos and images in the Pro header editor and other areas. This tells the theme whether to output the image at 50% (for high DPI/Retina screens) or at 100%.
