What device uses 481px x 767px?

By trial and error I figure out what devices correlate to the dimensions (1200px & up, 980px X 1199px, etc) but I can’t figure out what devices use 481px x 767px.

Also, why does each device update immediately after I save a change, except for the iPhone. THere’s usually a 15-30 min lag before it updates.

To your first concern:

That is mostly a phone size resolution. For more devices, please see sites like http://screensiz.es/

This might be due to the browser’s cache in your phone. Please try clearing your browser’s cache. This is surely not a problem with our builder as you can see, it updates immediately in other devices. This means there’s a problem with your phone or the network your phone’s connected with if it’s not the cache that is causing the issue.
