On the website below, we are experiencing a page that does not scroll down properly. This is not the case on every page. In some pages when you scroll down it skips a few 100 pixels.

I have checked your website thoroughly and found that the scrolling issue occurring due to the second scrollbar on your website. Please remember that the double scrollbar appears only if some of the element is taller or similar in height to its container. I investigated further and found that in the last section the Gap Height of the Row is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you set the Gap Height to the default value i.e. 20px and check if that resolve your issue or not.
