Weird problem…
Footer looks great on desktop, but shows the template on anything responsive. What did I do wrong?

Thanks for writing in! 
You can fix this by going to the Customize tab of your footer and disable all Hide During Breakpoints options:
Then delete the Bar which holds the 2nd footer.
