Not sure what is causing this.

Noticed two things on the desktop the sticker header readjust itself when you scroll up and down.
On mobile the nav adds a white space after you scroll up and down.

Would you please kindly back up your website completely and update the theme to version 3.2.3?
That should fix some problems but I am not sure if it will work on your case.
If the problem is there again, please test the header with a sample page to see if it is happening only on your homepage or other pages too. If it happens on the homepage it shows that there is a section that causing the issue. You can install this plugin to duplicate the homepage and remove the sections one by one to find out which section is the problem cause and try to isolate the problem.
