Websites not scrolling down

My 2 websites have been working fine till today when I noticed that the website loads, but I am unable to scroll down. This is occurring on both of my websites as well as in mobile view. Please see the video attached in the secure message and please help asap.

Thanks for writing in! I have tested both of your site in all of the browsers installed on my computer. I could not replicate the issue. I can scroll the site with no issues. I believe that this has something to do with your browser. Can you please install or use Firefox, Chrome, MS Edge, Brave, Opera or Safari in testing your sites? I have a hunched that you may have installed a browser extension that could be causing your issue.

Hi, just an update:

I have updated themeco and added the css below, and the site seems to be working fine now.

body{
overflow: unset;
}

However, the issue is still there for my other site, which I will mention in the secure note below.

Also, another question i have since I have updated themeco, there some sections which aren’t working, such as my header and footer. Can you please assist with this?

And the mobile view is different as well. Is there a fix that can be applied to have it appear as it was before the update?

I have checked all three websites you mentioned and found the issue only on the website mentioned in the secure note, and that is due to the following custom CSS code. I would suggest you remove the code to get rid of this issue.
