It looks good in the builder, but on Live-site, the CSS doesnt seem to render.

Thank you for writing in, please check the following, WordPress must be at least 5.0 or later. We would recommend fully updating to WordPress 5.3.2. Purge any caching features/plugin you might have, particularly anything that would minify javascript.
