Website updates not propagating

I make changes to my website and I am not seeing the changes updated when logged out of wordpress, I have tried multiple browsers an dcleared cache in each one and tried in private browsing as well. I have tried other computers and mobile devices the changes do not show up unless i am logged into wordpress.

I did have a caching plugin which i cleared and then disabled and still dont see changes coming through.

Specifically I have added a custom link button in the navigation bar but it does not appear. but also other changes dont appear.

Hi @juryk,

I have logged-in and compare. The content is the same for me when logged in and when not. You have 7 links on the navigation bar when logged in and logout. Can you please give screenshot on how it looks on you so we can compare. Thank you.

Hi the updates propgated about an hour later…by the time you logged in it was updated.

The issue isnt this particular update that I have made but rather when an update is applied its not reflected on the live site for an hour or two.

Hi @juryk,

Glad it is sorted now. Please check your server settings. If there is caching on your server, you need to clear cache there too.
