Website under construction template option problem

I just select the Under Construction option in the X menu and I cannot see it on my website. I see the theme that I installed before, for it, Could you help me to fix it?

Thanks for writing in! Please go to X > Under Construction and make sure that you have enabled the plugin. If there is an error or nothing has displayed, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
