Good morning I’m having a big issue of generating thumbnail on my website for example when I try to post something on Facebook won’t show any thumbnail at all could you please help me out.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked one of your sites and it seems that you have installed Open Graphite plugin. When you install any SEO plugin, you must disable the Open Graph option built in the theme. Please go to X > Theme Options> Social > Open Graph.
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

The provided login credentials don’t work. Please update us with the correct credentials but before that, would you also mind telling us if you have tried deactivating our theme’s Open Graph feature as mentioned by Ruenel because if so, the problem is now with the Open Graphite plugin and you should forward this issue to the developer of the graphite plugin.
Please also add in the secure note the URL of the post you’re sharing to FB.
