Website taking hours to update on mobile

Hello, I recently made edits to the designsbyromi.com home page and the changes occurred immediately on computers. however, when I went to ensure the links and visual features were working correctly on mobile the update had not been implemented yet. It still has not been implemented on mobile and the update has been published (and usable on computers) for over an hour.

Why is this happening?

Please make sure to clear any 3rd party cache when you are updating the content of your website. This has nothing to do with the theme, it is something to do with the cache plugins.
